THE TRUTH ABOUT WALL STREET is that it is the global center of finance, a powerful economic force that influences the world through its operations in stock markets, investment, and corporate behavior. It operates under a capitalist system that prioritizes profit and shareholder value, leading to high-stakes financial decisions, periods of boom and bust, and significant cultural impact. While it has historically fostered innovation and financial growth, it also faces criticism for its role in wealth disparity, encouraging skewed risk-taking, and influencing corporate decisions to favor shareholders over workers.
While not all brokerage houses make "all the money" on Wall Street, major firms are extremely profitable due to a sophisticated system of fees and financial activities that go far beyond simple trading commissions. Large firms thrive by leveraging their scale, access to capital, in-house trading portfolios, and diverse business lines that profit regardless of whether their clients make or lose money.
THE TRUTH ABOUT WALL STREET is that it is rigged and the method is called "insider trading". Insider trading is a persistent problem and legally useable if you know how to take advantage of it.
We just track the ride like a surfer and get off before the wave crashes.
According to a SPM tag, insider trading occurs in 45% of all U.S. merger and acquisition (M&A) events and 60 % of quarterly earnings announcements, though actual prosecution cases are a mere "tip of the iceberg".
